At Ourlief™, we’re proud to offer FREE shipping on all orders — because better sleep shouldn’t come with extra fees.
🕒 Order Processing Times
Please allow 1–3 business days for us to process and dispatch your order. Once your package is handed off to our shipping partner, it is officially in transit and on its way to your doorstep.
During high-volume periods or holidays, processing may take up to 7 business days, but we’ll always work hard to get your sleep solution out the door as quickly as possible.

Shipping time refers to how long your package will take to reach you after it’s been dispatched. Actual delivery times can vary depending on your location. Here’s a general guide:

📦 Shipping Details & Order Changes
Please double-check your shipping information before placing your order! Incorrect or incomplete addresses may delay processing or result in cancellation. If we detect an issue, our team will email you within 3 business days to verify your info. If we don’t hear back, we may need to cancel your order.
Need to make a change? Contact us at hello@ourlief.com within 24 hours of placing your order. We’ll do our best to make updates, but changes after this timeframe may not be possible once processing has started.
🚛 Delivery Delays
We know how important timely delivery is, and we strive to get your order to you as fast as possible. That said, occasional delays may occur due to:

Inventory or payment processing delays

📭 Lost or Stolen Packages
Once your package is in the hands of the courier, it’s outside of our direct control. If your order appears lost or stolen, please contact hello@ourlief.com and we’ll do everything we can to assist you.
We also recommend filing a claim with the courier and providing any requested details. In some cases, they can locate and redeliver your package. While Ourlief™ is not liable for lost or stolen items, we’ll support your claim and may offer a replacement, depending on the situation.
