Cancellation Policy
Need to make changes or cancel your order? No problem — just let us know within 24 hours of placing your order. After that, your order may have already entered processing and cannot be modified or cancelled.
If cancelled within the 24-hour window, your refund will be processed within 7 business days.

Damaged Items
We carefully inspect and pack every order to ensure your product arrives in perfect condition. If your product arrives with a defect or physical damage, please email hello@ourlief.com within 72 hours of delivery, along with a clear photo of the damage.
Please note:
Cosmetic packaging damage (e.g., dented box with intact product) is not considered product damage.
We do not offer refunds or replacements for items damaged through normal use, wear and tear, or misuse.
If your claim qualifies, we’ll happily send you a replacement at no cost.
Shipping & Delivery
We aim to deliver your order promptly, typically within 5–10 business days. However, delays caused by couriers, customs, or external factors are out of our control. If your delivery is delayed, lost, or stolen, please contact the courier directly for assistance.
Ourlief™ is not responsible for packages once they’ve been shipped.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for ensuring their shipping information is accurate at checkout. If you notice an error, please notify us within 24 hours. After that window, we may be unable to change the address, and you may not be eligible for a resend or refund.
